Our family has been in the sawmill business for three generations. "Pop" Carl Kuhns, our grandfather, started sawmilling in 1946. "Pop" lived a very full life setting very high standards for his sons and grandsons to strive to sustain, both in business and in relationship with God and family. Leonard and Larry Kuhns (twins) picked up the mantle in 1962 starting their own business.
